It’s fine.
It’s a little pricy for this type of hotel but everything thing is expensive in nyc. It’s not my first choice when I go back but I would stay again if needed.

Would stay here again and again! Our first of many stays to come at Kixby Perfect location, beautiful rooms and decor. The staff was top notch - so friendly and accommodating and Black Tap was the cherry on top!

Mixed feelings about the Kixby. Good location staff were ok. Would have had no problem paying the daily tax had the coffee machine been on in the morning when people drink coffee. The coffee machine was only available 13.00-15.00hrs, heard several people complain about this. £30 a day for a water machine!!! Thanks for that. Raised this via email & advised they would go to Starbucks for me for a charge!

The best stay and the roof top with a stunning view of the Empire State Building. Very walkable to tourist attractions and shops. Staff so friendly and rooms and facilities were excellent. Will definitely stay again!
