The outside of the building looked like it was still being built but once you walk in its a whole different atmosphere. All the staff were very accommodating and the room was very clean and fancy

Very pleased
The neighborhood was not reassuring on my to the hotel but, I was pleasantly surprised when I got there 😊 The staff were very friendly and helpful; the room was clean. I asked for an iron and refrigerator which were provided right away. The bed was very comfortable.

This property was completely represented in the review. The surrounding area is terrible and dangerous. There is no breakfast availability and no where to safely walk to obtain breakfast. We had no hot water for two days. Although the room was new and clean, we had one hand towel and one washcloth for two guests. We did converse with other guests who had the same experience . The posting states that our room was “City View” yet we looked at filth warehouses, barbed wire, and a dirty roof. We do not recommend this venue.

The website misinforms the customer that this hotel is accessible from the #7 subway. Additionally, when items were missing from our room, like the remote control, we called for assistance and no one came. We received many comments over these situations like, “I’m sorry this was your experience” with no follow up whatsoever. The advertising of this hotel is misleading. Middle of nowhere, it looks like an abandoned warehouse up front, and unattentive staff.

1. The surfaces in my room had not been wiped. There was cigarette ashes. I don’t smoke 2. I can only speak for my room but I don’t know when the last time they mopped the floor in my room. There visible spots and just me going from the bathroom to the table in the room to bed made the bottom of my feet dirty. I purposely left chip crumbs on the floor so they would have to sweep in some way. Floors also felt oily. If you had on shoes you were definitely sliding 3. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel I was next to a crazy loud room. I called twice. Both times a member of staff showed up. The were continually loud 4. There’s clearly an issue with the hotel being used for “other activities”. How do I know this. Both my friend I talked to a lady on the elevator who said she frequently uses the hotel for that purpose and she is aware of which elevator to use to not have to scan a card. She also offered my friend her services. 5. My key had to be reset 3 times so I could get into my room 6. I don’t know if the rooms are being cleaned late at night but someone was using the locking latch to prevent a door from shutting and it was just constantly slamming. At 3am… 7. The shower I saw in pictures was not the shower I got. Literally a plastic liner on the floor that doesn’t have silicone/sealant placed appropriately to hold water in so water leaked onto the floor with every shower. Also long black hair came from under the plastic because it wasn’t properly sealed. My hair is short.
