Loved the shower head! Felt so good after long days of walkimg around the city. Place was pretty and clean and just what we needed. The only issue is the way the shower is designed. Since there is no curtain, water pours onto the floor. This wasnt really an issue for us but Im sure its a pain for whoever has to wash all the extra wet towels on the floor. We would stay here again!

Great hotel with a few issues. Staff are wonderful, location is perfect for walking to Theater District or Chelsea, nice in-hotel options for coffee/food/drinks. But overhead fan in bathroom dripped on me while sitting on the toilet, room lacks a mini-fridge for storing leftover takeout, and there are no bikes to rent like at the Hilton down the street. And noise insulation between rooms/floors could be better. Overall, very nice but overpriced.
