Hotel stay was horrible ! There was mold in the shower head that I was visibly able to see . We told the front desk . They did send a lady to clean eh shower head . But so she did was while the surface with windex ? The toilet leaked with water terribly . There was rust on everything in the bathroom except for the toilet. There was no cold water and that is a problem beings though it was about 30 degrees. The lady to prior that the hot water did not work & failed to let us know beforehand . The rooms were so cold due to the draft that came in the window ! Horrible , horrible stay & I wish I could get my money back ! Quality over quantity . I do not recommend this hotel at all . The cleanliness is not up to par . And I was terrified sleeping in the room with the mold ! That hotel ruined our experience.

no one at front desk for check in for 20 minutes. smallest hotel room”box” i’ve ever stayed in. towel stained, holes in washcloth, no closet or drawers. at 6 am smoke alarm in hall started beeping every 30 seconds. no one there to stop it for 2 hours. no one at front desk at time of check out. you get what you pay for

Stayed 3 nights , room never clean and need to asked for fresh towels , need to throw my own rubbish but price was better than others . No elevator,. The bed actually cleaned. Area surrounding the property has junk/ garbage. The customer service was great.

Good enough to crush for the night. Clean. Room is tiny, so is the bathroom, the tiniest sink I ever saw. No air conditioner (there is one, but not working), no elevator. The area is pretty dirty and noisy. But the location is extremely convenient to everything - a short walk to Penn St. Overall, acceptable if you are budget minded and not finicky.

I’ll never stay here again.
The bathroom was too small with a broken faucet. I could barely stand in it and I’m skinny. The AC was in a window on the 4th floor. Since the window was open it was very loud & noisy. I could hear everyone and noise in the hall. No elevators so I had to walk 74 stairs to get up to my room. I could not find the front door to get in to the hotel. The signage is poor.

Was greeted by a receptionist who lacked any personality and warmth. Very basic and tired facilities / decor, tiny room and bathroom (room 302). No elevator so heavy luggage has to be carried upstairs. Busy area outside and an air con unit through the window which means you are basically trying to sleep with an open window. Other guests were noisy too. Pay the extra and stay somewhere else.

Advantage is proximity to Penn Station and subway stations. Property is clean and secure with coded entry during late hours. Day manager helpful with my bag. It is a walkup property, no elevator, but I was on 2nd floor. Street side room street noise early with trash pickup and other trucks. That said, very good price for midtown Manhattan.

Worse service ever! I came for a long shopping day and I recive a news for a room change. Front desk guy said me that was an error at checking time and they gave me a wrong room, so they took all my stuff and change to another room. Lastly I miss some of my stuff because this change.

Disgustingly Horrible
The worst hotel of all time. Absolutely disgusting..didn’t even want to take my shoes off the floor was so dirty. The floor was dirtier than the sidewalk.

The place is a dump. Zero amenities. Its a mess. The staff is almost nonexistent. Street noise is over the top. Rooms are uncomfortable at best. The area is filthy and there are unhoused encampments all over. I get it.... it's NYC. But this place was extra. And not really for any significant discount. Avoid!
