It was a beautiful view of the city from our floor! We could see the Empire State Building very clearly! The rooms were amazing and it was clean. I absolutely would recommend going to the rooftop bar…it was stunning and really delicious drinks and food!

During my recent stay at the hotel, I faced multiple issues with room conditions. Room 1111 was flooded due to a severe water leak, and subsequent relocations to rooms 2708 and 2710 also experienced flooding. Despite these challenges, the staff, particularly Manager Victor, were professional and offered me one complimentary night to compensate for the inconvenience. However, I was asked to request this credit through Expedia, where I booked. I appreciate the staff's efforts but hope the hotel addresses these maintenance issues to improve the guest experience.

Staff was incredibly helpful, upbeat and accommodating to our needs. We felt welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautiful, clean and stylish. It was close to K-town and an easy walk to uptown shopping. Staying in the Flower District was wonderful. Great cafes and restaurants nearby. I would return again!

Pros: Nice hotel in an area away from Times Square but close enough to walk and be away from the hoards of people. Rooms were clean, beds very comfortable, staff was very nice, bar was great, view from my city view room was spectacular. Rooftop bar was a big deal there… hundreds of people hanging out Cons: although rooms are well appointed and clean, rooms are very very very small… like Europe small… smaller than European 3 star hotel rooms. No closets or anywhere to put your things except on the floor. There’s a water closet and shower… literally the door to the shower is the hallway door and a sink that’s in the room in the entryway. If you’re claustrophobic, don’t stay here. If you’re staying with more than 2 ppl in a room, don’t stay here.

The room is small but comfortable, efficient & clean. City views were spectacular. My two improvement areas, everyone of all ages complain about not being able to see floors to punch in elevator, it’s way too dark. Also I would have loved a coffee maker in my room.
