The staff was remarkably helpful. The lack of a restaurant where a good breakfast could obtained or a salad,etc was wholly disappointing and unacceptable.

I felt safe her with my family. Originally we were in the 9th floor and it was quiet except for when there was a knocking sound every 30 mins. I believe it was the heater. Well we moved the next day late at night to the 6th floor. No knocking but we were closer to the street and all the sirens and construction noise kept me up. I’m pregnant so this was not ideal. I do think the beds need to be updated because I came home to terrible back issues. The water pressure and cleanliness was great and the staff were very nice. The food was also great. Next time I’ll ask for a higher floor away for all the noise.

My family enjoyed a 2 night’s stay at this hotel. Clean space and service was great. Joseph at the front desk especially was kind and friendly. We loved the location- close to 2 subway stations, lots of restaurants and shopping.

While a bit pricey- the hotel is great. I do not understand why they do not open the bar/restaurant before 4:30 PM- that does not seem like a good financial decision and a pain for those of us staying there.

The property was very clean. A few of the staff were semi-friendly and helpful, but it was definitely apparent that customers of middle/upper class are preferred. The parking was kind of a mess…it would be helpful for people like me, that are not from NY, if there was more communication between the garage staff and the front desk staff, or of the front desk staff had access to the details surrounding parking, especially since it is listed on your page that parking is available.
