If you are staying in Times Square this is THE place to stay. It is perfectly located to take advantage of all the immediate sights of Times Square, has quick access to subways and is just blocks from a many theatres. It is the perfect spot for a NYC trip!!

Liked everything except the first gentleman did not explain the $40 fee simply asked him again and still did not understand my sister in adjacent room to mine had same problem. Next day asked a young lady at desk she was great so that we were able to take advantage of the fee

I would recommend the Mariott to anyone who is going to the city. Best location, best customer service. The rooms were very nice. Just all around the best place to stay. Food was great in their 2 restaurants. When we wanted a cab because of rainy weather they made it happen. Will choose them again easily
