Very nice and helpful staff. Very clean hotel, room and excellent breakfast. The only negative were the flat bed pillows. Definitely recommend this hotel

The hotel was very nice! The room was huge. The beds were very comfortable. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24/7 was a very nice touch. My only complaint was that the room did not have a full-length mirror. Would I stay there again...ABSOLUTELY!

I've stayed here a few times and used it for relatives' stays as well. I did notice the upgrades in the room, which are really nice, especially the showers. And this could just be me but to have guest loud, playing music loud after 3am is a bit too much especially 2-3 nights in a row. But overall lots of improvement from my last visit

The property is lovely, and well designed. Rooms are spacious with high ceilings and marble bathroom counters. My room was extremely comfortable. I have had neck fusion surgery, and needed firmer pillows. 2 perfect pillows arrived within 10 minutes. Breakfasts are not what im used to... which isnt a bad thing. I generally have a protein shake in the morning. At the Opera House they offer a wide selection of pastries, excellent coffee, several juice selections and eggs. All very tasty. I can only say that ive already booked my next stay!
