Our tv doesnt work. We have no room. We paid way to much for wine etc. Weve stayed in the baccarat and much niver and im so disappointed. This was ment to be a romantic time with my husband and he couldn't even watch his favorite game with me with no tv. Im horrified. Never again! You have lost our business

Some of the amenities were limited due to fashion week. Also make sure not to book a queen room if you’re a couple, no bathroom doors. No room service and no bell service. The decor, rooftop views and nightlife are amazing.

The property was very clean, quiet and safe. I feel like our room was very small for the price. I had two doubles and they were more like two twins. The room was very clean and the property is beautiful. My only complaint was the size of the room was tiny for the money.

Most of the restaurants were not open. The front desk and elevator attendant staff was excellent. The people at the cafe were not friendly in the least. Also, one of the staff members on roof top, made me not want to come back.

This is a wonderful property. The location is lower East Side, conveniently situated. Great public spaces, especially free access to the very trendy rooftop bar. The room is small but with a very cool vibe. Just loved the place.

This hotel is pretty cool in terms of its setup, the different spaces. The rooftop was beautiful. I think that if u are looking for a quieter tranquil place maybe not your scene due to weekends a lot of young crowd lining up for club etc. Kept us up very late. Overall more for a younger crowd (college age).
