We stayed here for our 10 yr anniversary to be close to theater-but not in the center of times square- and it was a perfect location! The hotel is lovely, great amenities. The only negative for us was the bed, it was very very firm.

During our very first meal at the onsite restaurant, the staff intentionally brought us the wrong bottle of wine because they didn’t feel like getting it from the back. The bar staff was more focused on eating their own dinner than making our drinks. The hotel has room service that closes very early and it is not located somewhere easily accessible to food.

Good hotel in convenient location.
A good hotel in a convenient location. I had a room facing the front on a lower floor which meant the considerable noise from the street was audible late into the night. It’s noisy New York City so I should have thought this through a bit better!
