I stayed for business. Hands-down one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. From the cleanliness of the hotel to the cute welcome package in my room, I was immediately in awe. The staff is also so kind and professional. And that rooftop lounge! I create content for a living, and I got some awesome shots on the rooftop. It was within walking distance of a lot of awesome places. And Bryant Park was directly across the street. I will say, the parking lot they use is a few blocks away, not fun in the hot sun. So, if you have bags, be sure to drop them off before driving over to the garage, or you'll be lugging that stuff for quite a distance. Plus, the garage is expensive $50/day with the discount. Money saving tip: I hung out in NYC for some additional hours after checkout. So, I had the hotel store my bags and I used the Best Parking app and ended up moving my car to a more affordable, and closer, garage. But, the hotel itself is incredible. This is the only hotel I'm booking when I come to New York from now on.

Our wonderful long weekend in the city was especially delightful because of our stay at the Park Terrace. The entire team is exceptional, providing top hospitality with kindness. From check in to check out, our expectations were exceeded, from the exceptionally clean and cozy rooms, refreahing Malin & Goetz bath products, convenient and eco friendly ice/water stations, and the sumptuous private lounge and terrace with a view. (Enjoy a flat white in the morning before you venture out!) After long days exploring the city, the comfortable rooms offered a peaceful respite. Fresh bedding, black out curtains, and excellent water pressure in the spotless bathroom renewed us each evening. Bryant Park and the New York Library are across the street, Fifth Ave shopping is steps away, Heritage Bakery and Restaurant next door offer lovely treats, sandwiches, salads. Location is extremely walkable to K-town, Times Square, and Theaters, and hopping on the nearby subway stop is a breeze. The stellar staff, Kenia, Casey, Levi, Yiovanni, Arlette, Raquella, and Harry went above and beyond during our four-day stay in the city. We cannot wait to return!

Easy access to everything!
Clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel is within walking distance to many of New York tourist attractions and shopping. The Empire State Building, Central Park zoo etc.

The terrance is absolute the best hotel to stay in the city its safe and the staff there is amazing they all know who you are so when you come in they great you back by name is just the little things that make this hotel one the best place’s to stay in the city and the biggest plus is the room facing the street you cant hear anything plus there gym is really nice and dont get me started with the lounge its absolute amazing!!
