We had a senior age issue well addressed by th desk lady on arrival. We now have a major concern re our return reservation today. You would not let us cancel 4 days ahead and we bought travel insurance. We expect a full refund on our Dec 29 reservation. I will file major litigation. We booked this property because of the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, the rooftop was completely closed. In our room, everything was only 3 feet off the floor. When we hung up our coats, they dragged along the floor. We were told all the rooms were like this. There was only one tiny counter in the bathroom. The shower was very difficult to operate. We were there for several nights and used one roll of toilet paper. When we asked for another roll, the response was very negative. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my entire life.

When you stay in a microhotel / pod style place, you have to accept the room size. I was a bit surprised at how tight the bathroom was as the shower was right next to the toilet making that whole room wet. Hotel was in nice condition with a friendly staff and good common areas to work and relax in. Very comfortable bed. Great Williamsburg location with walkability to shops / restaurants. Didn't love how strong the air freshener was in the room and seems to be pumped in through the vents as opening a window didn't get rid of it. All in all a good experience and would go back.

One of the more cost effective options in an expensive neighborhood. Unfortunately, the restaurant/bar that seemed to give it charm seems to be closed. The morning coffee situation is unacceptable. Gas station grade keurig coffee. Unfortunate that this place seems to be suffering a bit

good for the price
Good for what was advertised. As a couple, the privacy for the bathroom left a lot to be desired... Possibly being a bit clearer in the description that the bathroom is just a frosted wall and no soundproofing for 2 or more guests would have helped us prepare. We still spent 250++ per night so it was a bit of a shock, but we made do.
