Room we were initially assigned to had a tub that wouldn't drain, so my child had to get out of it and get dressed again. Lamp was inoperable, didn't even have a knob. We were moved to another room for the night, and yet a THIRD room the next evening. That room had curtains which wouldn't close, so we had the city lights shining in our faces all night, making it hard to sleep. Manager was "out of town," and never called us as promised, so wr called HIM.
Desk staff (Nil and Harry) were understanding, apologetic, and very helpful. They tried, but it wasn't their fault.
