This property locates at a walkable distance to Jamaica station which is convenient to go to JFK airport and Manhattan. Staffs were friendly, clean room, and good price. The surrounding area seems sketchy and noisy at night, especially weekends, which isn’t something the property have full control. Overall, we satisfied with our stays.

We only stayed here because we had a flight change and couldn't find much availability. The neighborhood was sketchy, the bathtub appeared to be blood stained and the walls super thin. Had to listen to loud talking and someone with an apparent smokers cough. And, the cost! Over $300 for one night! Ridiculous!

It was a pleasant stay and the staff was amazing. My only complaint is with the parking. The entrance to the parking garage in the back of the property is exactly the width of a normal size vehicle. There is no room for error. There are also only 7 spots available. This was a big disappointment as I selected this hotel for the free parking. I would stay at this property again.

The hotel is in bad neighborhood. Inside the hotel smell marijunana everywhere. Local people are renting the hotel on weekend for party. There is no iron or iron board. Even tv wasn't working.

Upon chicken, I was told that my room was ready. It was ready indeed, but my door was open. I didn’t even have to use my key card that was suspicious. The room wasn’t fully cleaned. Overall the room service purpose. I was there for literally five hours I needed somewhere to, change for an event

The Red Roof Inn Plus in Jamaica NY was a decent stay. The room could have been more clean. The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, it’s a solid choice for budget-conscious people. P.S. there are only 8 parking spots available for first come first serve.

Great stay, very easy transportation to the city, airport, etc the Long Island railroad & train station are walking distance. Please revisit the entrance for parking. It is was too narrow and needs to be widened. our car was scratched multiple times entering and leaving. We also noticed other people having issues driving in to park. Clean space, great staff, very new hotel and I hope it’s maintained as I would certainly revisit.
