Great location
The location is great, bring a sound machine, ignore everyone at the checkin/checkout desk, everyone else you encounter is amazing and helpful- From the baggage handling staff, housekeeping, the concierge, and bartender! Expect additional charges and holds placed on your credit card regardless that they hold $100/day originally. The front desk will tell you it includes 35/day food credit but when you use it- they charge your credit card again. The standard room is clean but not soundproof. It’s nice to be in the heart of Times Square but it’s noisy. The drapes work great to keep out light for sleeping. The bed is very comfortable. Housekeeping responded immediately to requests.

Hotel in the very center of New York, excellent view of Times Square from the restaurant. Nice and helpful staff. Average size room. Additional $30/room/day to be used in the restaurant. You can feel the breath of New York.

The staff couldn’t have been nicer. So helpful and friendly. Location is crazy, but Times Square so we knew what we were in for. In spite of this, our room was quiet and comfortable. The housekeeping staff was the best I’ve ever seen!!

Overpriced for value; rooms are a good size and convenient to amenities but you have to take two elevators to get to floors; lobby very dark; very few staff; they charge a destination or resort fee of 35 daily but little given back in amenities. The one lounge only serves food after 5:00 and pricey. Would not book again.
