The customer service here is amazing. Everyone was super helpful and kind. They let us check in earlier than posted, they helped with directions, and everyone was easy to talk with. The breakfast was free and plentiful. Parking by valet and cost is $66.00 per day. But you can go earlier than your check in and explore the city before your check in time. Very close to Times Square, Bryant Park and the Empire State By. The subway is right there!! Easy to get to the Yankees game, the 911 Memorial and anywhere else in the city. Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks are right there as well a couple bakeries and shops. Rooms were clean and had a refrigerator and freezer. Well worth the money and we will absolutely be staying here next time we visit the city.

This property is full of bugs! We switched to 3 rooms but all rooms had white bugs. This isn’t expected with Marriott standard !

There was a bug or insects in the Kitchen top where we stayed for 1st night on Aug16. When i informed the front desk, they switched the room.but the room wasnt clean enough. They took care of the issue rigjt away but still neededroom maintenance like toliet seat loose, bath tub issue, no hairdryer. Had tp ask front desk to fix. I like the staff service and convenient location

This hotel is a decent walking distance nestled between Times Square and Grand Central, making it easy to get around on foot or by subway. Sofabed is terrible, but actual beds are comfortable. No fan in bathroom. Breakfast gets so busy that the elevators are full and you’re stuck on your floor - go down early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. The location of the hotel was perfect. The subway station was literally steps away from the hotel. The breakfast had a large selection. Keep in mind that the elevators are very busy during the breakfast rush, so anticipate a slight delay during the breakfast rush.

Very near at all the must see places to visit and in the middle of all. The hotel is very convenient to get anywhere because the subway station entrance is just across the street and this subway station practically has transfers to every point to the 5 NYC Burroughs. The room was very clean and has almost everything you need. We will definitely stay next Next time we visit NYC because this place is not hectic as the hotels at Times Square but is only a very few blocks away.
