The staff were friendly, the room was well decorated and clean, the housekeeping staff were helpful. The location is within walking distance of Broadway shows. The only complaint is that the pillows were kind of lumpy. Aside from that minor complaint, the experience was everything I could have asked for.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. We arrived to the hotel early and they held onto our luggage for us and called me when our room was ready (even earlier than the check-in time). And when we had an early flight the staff helped us get a ride to the airport quickly. The facilities are very clean, beautiful and accessible. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the subway, a parking garage and a lot of restaurants and bars. There is an attached piano bar that we were able to attend and listen to a live singer and a comedian. Overall, a great place to stay.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Beautiful large rooms. Friendly staff. Very quiet. Cool lobby and large library/seating room. Only downfall was there was no tea/coffee maker in room. For me the bed was too soft - but most people would love that. Easily walkable to mid-town attractions, park and subway. You’re on the edge of Time Square so expect crowds and slightly dirtier streets.

Adorable place inside and out. Amazing location. Decent size rooms (we had 2 queens in our room). Bathroom was tiny but had some counter space which is what we needed. Quiet at night. Friendly service. Beds were not comfy for me ... mattresses and pillows. Pillows were all the same from what I could tell so didn't allow for guests to find one that was better than others. Shower drain was very slow - water accumulated while you were in the shower.
