We had a lovely stay. Super convenient location and very helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk with. Comfortable room, a little small, but really nice bed. Clean bathroom,also. Would recommend to others.

the service was good, location is good if you are trying to stay close to Times Square but the streets are filled with the smell of weed. The hotel staff were very helpful but the open shower separated from the bathroom was unusual. The bed was extremely soft, lumpy and uncomfortable.

Little gem in Times Square
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was exactly as described. It was just a little dark and the one small window opened only to an internal building view. We tried, the roof deck, which had great food great drinks, and awesome view.

Fabulous place
The entire staff was very helpful, organized and friendly. Enjoyed the 2 different rooftop restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Location is great for Broadway & Times Sq access.

Excellent Stay for Family of 4
We stayed as a family of four in one room for a long weekend in the city. Santuary provided an excellent location and a reprieve from the chaos of Times Square when needed. The rooms are quiet, dark, clean, and comfortable. The building is very secure. I highly recommend a stay at the Sanctuary and a drink on the rooftop bar.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff are lovely and friendly. Breakfast is ok. No cooked meat or eggs but ok as a free breakfast. The only issue I had was there was no windows in the room. Feel so dark and depressing. But again you are always out. I liked the shower.
