Rooms incredibly small with shower and sink part of bedroom. Light switch for toilet room also turned on light in shower. Wanted night cap but lobby level bar already closed at 9:45pm. Roof top bar open but very crowded and cocktails not made properly and service was poor.

What I’ve read from other reviewers held true for me. Incredibly friendly staff, clean room and actually very quiet. Bed was comfy as well. Rooms are small but normal by NYC standards.

We enjoyed our stay! The roof top bar was great and the service amazing. The front desk staff were helpful too. It is a great location. The room size is to be expected from NYC- the air conditioning unit drowned out the street noise so we were happy. We would stay there again!

Staff great. They need to fix the carpet on the 3rd floor landing very ruffled and dangerous. Shower in bedroom which was a first for me. Rooftop nothing special, surrounded by tall building so nothing much to see.

We had a lovely stay. Super convenient location and very helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk with. Comfortable room, a little small, but really nice bed. Clean bathroom,also. Would recommend to others.

the service was good, location is good if you are trying to stay close to Times Square but the streets are filled with the smell of weed. The hotel staff were very helpful but the open shower separated from the bathroom was unusual. The bed was extremely soft, lumpy and uncomfortable.

Little gem in Times Square
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was exactly as described. It was just a little dark and the one small window opened only to an internal building view. We tried, the roof deck, which had great food great drinks, and awesome view.
