Although it was truly, a very nice stay overall -- the checking in process was less than acceptable. We stood in line for nearly an hour -- with only ONE counter person checking people in -- on a Friday, 2 weeks before Christmas!

I was staying in the hotel for 15 nights - my goodness, they give me only 2 bottles of water and the rest I have to buy it myself. I will never ever consider to stay in this hotel in New York anymore and I must say the front desk people are not polite and racist. There are other better hotels for the price I pay !!!
