I know it’s NYC, it there was just SO SO many people on the street and all around. It made street parking unattainable and the valet necessary instead of a perk. But I’d still stay here again!

We got in late -- around midnight -- but the hotel was busy. Valet parking was expensive though likely on par for the area; however it was efficient. Fridge in room did not work. Barn door for bathroom was not quite on its track and therefore couldn't close properly. Due to lateness I did not try to address either issue with staff, just let them know at checkout. Room felt small for family of four. Breakfast was ample with lots of options. Felt like there weren't enough elevators to handle morning rush. Also, a little dark in the surrounding area at night.

The check in had a long line. 3 staff was working but only 1 card reader was working. It was taking longer for room keys to process. Breakfas time there wasn't any butter, eggs and other supplis needed for breakfast. Hard to find parking if you don't want to pay $45.00 a day for Valet
