Room was very small - seemed bigger in pictures. No fridge in room. Very limited space to hang up towels. Air conditioner made a terrible clicking noise all night the first night - resolved the next morning. Safe stopped working altogether on 2nd day - requested repair but didn’t get fixed. Lobby was nice but coffee was cold all 3 morning. Free bikes were fun (and it was great that they provided helmets and locks) but both that we took out needed maintenance. Hotel location was very convenient but there is a significant homelessness problem in the immediate area.

Nice boutique property in Hell's Kitchen neighborhood. Everyone was polite , friendly & attentive. Minor issue with condition of furniture on terrace outside our rooms. Mgmt compensated us for our inconvenienced. Will return again. 😀 🍍
