The hotel is in good proximity to Times Square , Hudson yards , Macys and a lot of other places . We had the family room - nice size and lots of storage space and counter tops to put your toiletries . We were 4 adult women - one teenager and one baby . The area right outside hotel was very dark but it looked like it was under construction. The hot water was a hit or miss issue but overall it worked . The only issue I have is they claim to have free crib but it’s not true . We were charged $30 a night . I have contacted Wyndham corporate and they said it’s the hotel who needs to handle it . I’ve tried - I’ve sent email to general manager and I’ve called several times . No response.

Overall stay was great. No complaints, even for a free upgrade for our room on the top floor! Was only there for 2 nights so I didn’t explore all the different amenities but very nice. A little loud, but it’s New York so that’s to be expected, also next to police department which can be ideal for safety purposes:)

Luggage area is not secure, open to anyone. Wouldn’t take my Apple credit card, because the number wasn’t displayed. Took photo of my id and credit card, this is concerning in this day and age. How is this information handled after the stay? There were 6 people in our room, only 4 towels. I understand it’s common to just have 4 towels, but when you know there are more than that checking why not make sure extra towels are there? We called front desk from our room and got voicemail, called housekeeping from our room and got voicemail. Finally called the hotel from our cellphone to get a live person asked for more towels and ultimately had to go to the front desk to retrieve a towel. Housekeeping came with additional towels a little later. Overall it was good, housekeeping was friendly but the front desk staff didn’t seem that way.

Our stay was pretty smooth. Room was clean and staff was good. Only thing I would “complain” about is the 1 person bathroom in the lobby. We hung out after checkout & there’s only a 1 person bathroom in the lobby & needs a key to use it. Women were lined up for it. Other than that, stay was great! Is it noisy yes.. but it’s New York. Take some headphones to listen to white noise to sleep!
