Upon check-in we had to wait for someone to unlock our door by hand because the key cards weren't working. I was then told that they had no rooms that had 2 queen beds, only 1 king and that they would bring a roller bed while I was out at a show. When I got back I stopped at the desk and they told me my key should work now and that the roller bed was in my room. The key card did not work, and I had to go back down to the desk. I went back upstairs and they did not bring a roller bed while I was out. They proceeded to tell me they had none available. They told me they had no solution for me. I have 2 adults and a 13 year old boy sharing a bed now. I asked if they could at least comp the parking. They said they couldn't because it is third party, yet I can pay for it at the front desk, so I'm not sure why they can't at least make that happen. I don't ask for much, but when I'm paying over $500 for a room, I expect everyone to at least have a place to sleep. Instead I'm told that they have no solution for me.
