Great hotel Great location
It was a very spacious, clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Loved the blackout curtains since we had a wall of windows. The staff was very helpful especially Antonio and Laura. The location was great, everything was walking distance.

Our stay during NYC trip from 11/27-12/04 was a nice and pleasant experience. Upon arriving to the hotel, Laura was very nice and helped us out by letting us check in early to our hotel so we canrest up and go watch the Thanksgiving parade. Hotel is located in a quiet part, really cozy, clean, modern and conveniently located on 5th ave and 48th st right in the middle of everything! The staff brought us water everyday when we requested and was very accomodating! I'm definitely coming back and be a loyal customer.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Property is small and organized around a time-share concept, with none of the usual amenities, eg, gym, business center, unless you are a club member. I did not realize this before staying here and probably would have chosen another property. Overall, the experience was good, thanks to the staff and good quality conditions.

Loved this midtown hotel. Centrally located, two blocks from Rockefeller Center, about 6 blocks from Times Square, 6 blocks from Grand Central Station. Several great restaurants on the same block (the Japanese restaurant across the street, Hatsuhana, was a standout). Room was clean, comfortable. Big 70” TV. Handheld shower head, bidet with push-button controls for water temp & pressure. Desk with plenty of outlets & USB ports. Comfy robes in the armoire. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Albeit brand new and small for the area, it falls short in comfort and services. The room is very noisy, with loud noise from the outside and also from machinery on the inside. I complained multiple times and nothing was done. Apparently, soundproofing is bad. To have the room cleaned, you must call reception every day. The surroundings are dirty and very noisy, mostly due to construction and small restaurants and bars. Does not feel like a Hilton at all.

We had a beautiful room the first night but dealt with terribly loud construction on the street below. We told the front desk and they graciously moved us to another room. The staff was friendly and professional. Great location! We would definitely stay there again.

Californians visit New York.
It was a small room but clean with Modern decor. The mini fridge does not have a freezer which would have been helpful and necessary. They did however place some ice packs in a freezer in the managers office 2 days before the flight home. Staff very friendly and courteous. Great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops and Rockefeller center etc.
