Good value with some quirks
Good location near restaurants and transportation. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The toilet had a Toto washlet(bidet feature). The room was not well lit and the shower kept running very hot and was awkward to control. What surprised me for a 4 star hotel, however, was that a doorman rarely was available.

Not the most up to date hotel. I stood in the townhouse suite for a little upscale getaway. The AC was terrible the technology in the room was outdated. The suite was to sleep my family of 4 but it didn’t have enough beds so we had to pay $50 extra PER night. Also the refrigerator was stocked with nonsense I would have honesty rather an empty fridge for my family to stock our self. For the amount we paid per night the room itself was not worth it. But I must say the staff through out the hotel were top notch.

Nice Place with Great Location!
Upscale hotel in a great location! They responded quickly to my request for an ironing board and iron and for ice. We were a bit early for check in and they gave us a room that was ready. The view from the rooftop bar is amazing. I would stay here again. Staff was very helpful.

Quiet and spacious room in convenient location
Our room was quiet and spacious by NYC. The location gave us easy access to the theatre district, union square, central park and subway. Rooms could use updating, firmer mattress and more substantial pillows. The service, however was outstanding: caring, professional, and intentional.
