Great location, central to lots of attractions and easy to walk to the nearest trainline etc. Lovely room, quiet, clean and well serviced. Hotel staff were amazing, couldn't do enough for you. The only thing we found quite strange was the hotel bars shutting quite early but it just meant we went out to a local bar, so not a huge issue.

The lady at the concierge was very accommodating and helpful. Very cheerful. All the staff was very kind. I thought the room was a bit lackluster. It was clean and huge shower, however My view was at a brick wall! It is pricey however the location and everything else I think balances it out.

Second time staying at the Knickerbocker for a few nights, and we’d definitely come back again. Good sized rooms by New York standards, and very quiet considering the central location (they must have some very good sound proofing going on!). Staff very friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the Diptyque toiletries in the room. Location couldn’t be better for a weekend stay next to Times Square and all the sights. We also got a free round of drinks to use at the rooftop bar. Thank you!
