Luxurious hotel in great location. Walkable to Times square, Bryant park, multiple subway stations but removed enough to have a retreat from the crowds. Top notch service and amenities. Will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Langham for a week and had the best experience! What separates a good hotel from a great hotel is the staff. The people that work (front desk, doorman & housekeeping) at the Langham really care about their guests and they made us feel welcome. The rooms are great and 5th avenue is always happening. Highly recommend this hotel!

Superb customer service. From the moment you enter their establishment, you’re made to feel very welcomed.The door attendants in particular are very courteous and have been there for years. They remember me when I come each time and make the front desk aware that I am a repeat customer, which is a nice personal touch.
