I needed to change my reservation, shortening my stay one day. The management did not allow me to do it, although I was still on time to change it. I had to pay an extra night for nothing. The hotel is OK and quiet. The breakfast is really great (especially for NY) and the staff is very nice. If you work in mid or upper Manhattan, the commute is a bit long, although you have the ferry very close.

Terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived to a window wide open. The window had no screen and wouldn’t close. This room could not be occupied. The front desk clerk was no help. We were not offered an alternate room and received no follow up when we had to find another hotel. No refund was given, not even a partial refund for a 3 night stay.

This is a clean and safe property to stay at. We stayed next to a family with a baby as well and we didn’t hear anything. Staff is friendly and breakfast was amazing!!

It was not made clear that the $20.00 we had to pay to hotel was for a breakfast the next day(not everyone eats breakfast). It was close to ferry for QM2 and you could walk it if you wanted. However the area didn't seem the safest.

First time staying here. Staff is very nice and goes above and beyond. Had a problem with the cleanliness of the bathroom when we arrived but they rectified it the next morning.
