Very very clean and comfortable rooms. Small, but that’s NYC. I received free off street parting by booking through Expedia. The hotel parking lot had plenty of available spaces, as did the the street. Hotel is situated next door to a fire station and State Police, felt very safe. I got a city view room which was very pretty at night with the lights. Front desk staff was very friendly. Breakfast room is small but the buffet is outstanding.

I have only good things to say about this place. It was the best hotel experience we’ve had since before the pandemic. We have stayed all over the West Coast, East Coast, and Canada in the past four years and something that has gone away since the pandemic is room freshening. We felt so welcome. Ella made our room shiny and new every day! All of our interactions with other staff was super pleasant and helpful but we never really needed to ask for anything because they were so proactive and attentive. Quick walk to so many good restaurants and the train. The entire area and community of Red Hook stole our hearts and I cannot wait to return.

Great option in Red Hook. Walking distance to a vibrant local Brooklyn neighbourhood. Also close to ferry access to Manhattan. Hotel was clean and quiet.

Great place! The rooms were clean and spacious, bed was comfy, no noise from outside. Roku tv is available. Parking was plentiful early in the day. There's a state police office nearby. We walked to Clinton Street and felt safe. Breakfast was good with a large selection of items. Easy check in/out. There are no ice machines on the property. Also, no good views of the city. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a safe area just looking at it from a map perspective behind a fire station and I did not know much about NY/ Brooklyn neighborhoods. About 20 mins of a walk to downtown area

The room was clean and the hotel is great for cruises leaving t of the Brooklyn cruise terminal. Wasnt thrilled when the staff wouldn't let my husband bring me anything from the continental breakfast while im healing from a bad accident/broken bones/16 pins and 2 plates in my leg and said i had to walk down to get food....totally unsympathetic.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell, though I couldn't identify it, and it was unpleasant. The room was very damp, especially the bed and blankets, making it feel like I was wearing damp clothes, making it uncomfortable and impossible to sleep. Additionally, both my friend and I were bitten by some insects, resulting in several large welts. The soundproofing was mediocre, and since we were placed near the stairs, there was a lot of noise from people closing doors loudly in the morning. I suggest installing soft-closing mechanisms to reduce the noise. On the other hand, the staff we encountered the day before yesterday and at breakfast were very nice and even helped warm up my breakfast.
