The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. One thing I truly appreciated was the efforts the hotel made to allow traditionally observant Jewish clients to have the opportunity to observe Shabbat and to keep kosher.

The rooms are small and look dated but are tidy and inviting. Need updated outlets and more up to date USB friendly connections. The bathroom is spacious and water pressure is great! Overall decent hotel.

Our bedroom window leaked a large amount of water appeared on the window sill both mornings. I notified front desk and woman who answered was unhelpful, acted like I made it up. This obviously is an ongoing issue. My handbag and phone phone were soaked as they were left on the window sill the first night. Asked for a manager to call me and never received a call.
