The Muse is conveniently located to Radio City Hall, Times Square, Broadway and Rockefeller Center. The doorman was extremely informative about the area and went out of his way to accommodate us. Two women traveling alone and never felt unsafe or uncomfortable in our walking to all of these attractions. Well-managed and accommodating place to stay while in NYC.. will stay here every time.

Very near Times Square. Housekeeping was bad during our stay - they finally arrived at about 5pm when we had been out all day while we were resting and couldn't come back another time. We asked for non-feather pillows, they brought more feather pillows. Second time housekeeping came they took dirty towels but didn't leave any to replace them.

I had very expensive medications that needed to be refrigerated but, the rooms only had "chillers." They went above and beyond and took a small refrigerator out of their office for me to use. I was blown away by that gesture. Would absolutely stay again. We're already planning our next trip in May 2025.
