I had very expensive medications that needed to be refrigerated but, the rooms only had "chillers." They went above and beyond and took a small refrigerator out of their office for me to use. I was blown away by that gesture. Would absolutely stay again. We're already planning our next trip in May 2025.

Very friendly and welcoming staff on arrival. Lobby clean and comfortable. Tasteful decor. Room was larger than expected with very comfortable beds ,chairs, table etc. Bathroom also large and spacious with good shower and Adam and Eve sinks. Extra towels quickly delivered. No disturbances to sleep. Would definitely stay again.

Great! We felt safe, it was comfy and convenient. Clean and good staff. 4/5 stars because it said online that they had a gym. It was closed and had to walk around the block to another hotels gym. But glad they had the option for us

Lovely hotel - small and almost boutique, and wble.ay more enjoyable than the chain behemoths that are indistinguishable city to city. Room was interesting, comfortable. Check-in was easy and friendly (thank you Israel!). Totally enjoyed our stay and will come back next time in NYC.

It’s aight!
It was good. The bed was lumpy. Our plane landed early so we had to do a 100.00 early check in. Being from Texas we wouldn’t have had no where to put luggage so felt like we had to pay it. No food in hotel. Coffee bar out for like 2 hours. Just an ok stay. Hottest shower I ever had at a hotel
