We stayed in an older room that faced the air conditioning units. It was very loud. The room was dark as there was no sunlight coming as the building is over 25 floors tall. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We liked the small kitchenette except there was no cooktop just the microwave. We also liked having two bathrooms. The notel is in close proximity to the Cental Park and Times Square and there are many coffee shops and restaurants near by.

Only use if you need 2 full bathrooms.
This is the best place to stay if you are looking for a hotel room with 2 full bathrooms. But, don’t expect the front desk staff to make you feel like an old friend. The concierge, bellmen, and security staff are the only friendly faces.

We unfortunately weren’t able to go to the Manhattan Club. All 4 of us in our family tested positive for COVID the day before we were expected to go. We immediately called the hotel to inform them. We even had photo documentation of a positive test incase they needed it. All they could offer us was a 6 month credit with a $100-$200 rebooking fee PER ROOM (we had 2 booked), and would need to pay the difference for the room cost. The cost for these rooms are not cheap, and it significantly affects us being able to rebook another trip. I totally understand a potential small fee, but not this. If you look them up, there have been multiple lawsuits for racketeering and is part of a timeshare. AWe were supposed to stay at a Marriot the same night we tested positive, and they had NO issues with refunding us. Learned our lesson to stay with corporation.

This property has everything you need for a Food stay away from home. Plus location Is Amazing, only few blocks away from Central Park, within walking distance to Time Square/Broadway. Plus I felt it was in the safer área of Midtown. Lots of shops and restaurants around the neighborhood. Also easy access to subway.

The location was amazing, very close to great attractions. The staff were truly amazing and they helped us every step of the way. Great atmosphere, convenient luggage storage system, and great food recommendations! We always felt like the #1 priority. Parking was pretty great as well. Definetly reccommend staying here!!!!
