The Plaza in New York is absolutely amazing!! My time there was spectacular, from every service offered, to staff, to the entire establishment. Hand down Top Notch!! Nick, also, in the champagne Ballroom is absolutely amazing!!! Made you feel right at home by knowing your name, your drink, what snacks you want, and just overall personable!! After a long day, we went to check in and were informed we were “upgraded” from a room with a king bed to two double beds. Last time I slept on a double was high school, so I spent the night tossing and turning with my wife in the other bed. Obviously we were bumped as this is no upgrade. I had let the desk know we were checking in later due to the Mets game to avoid something like this. Very disappointed with the way it worked out and the way we were treated

Absolutely beautiful and luxurious place! Very convenient location to Central Park and 5th avenue. The restaurant inside is great! There is also a buffet option for breakfast, but preferred the restaurant more. The hotel definitely needs some sort of renovations, like changing carpets and sinks. But overall great experience!
