It’s very clean. Staff is available even thought when I made reservation I understood it to not be. 2nd time to stay here. Would recommend. Rooms are very small. But only stayed here to sleep.

Clear instructions for mobile check-in and building access, clean room and great location. It was, however, the slimmest, hardest and least comfortable mattress I've ever paid $200/night for. Update the beds to something better than an RV mattress and this place will get 5*.

Good location close to the subway. Room size was modest but worked well. Some features could use some TLC in the room itself. On a busy street so a little loud. Overall, good spot for the price!

Great location, lots of options for food/shopping, and easy access to the subway. The only thing to keep in mind is it can be quiet loud/noisy on the weekend (after hours) as there is a bustling nightlife.

The walls are very thin and you are at risk of being booked in a room attached to the lobby. Within the coffee machine was a used filter from a previous guest. No shampoo or conditioner available just a 3 in one.

LOVED IT HERE! It was the perfect for our 4 day adventure. Close to transportation, great neighborhood to walk around. Block away from Katz Deli (if that’s on your NYC checklist). Walk away from places like Washington Square Park, Chinatown, Freeman’s Alley and many more. Beautiful Grafitti murals cover the walls on the hotel building. Amazing Rooftop patio that offers beautiful views of the NY skyline. Will return everytime I come back to NYC.

Great location if you’re visiting the lower east side, check in and check out is air bnb style, they email you a room code. If you’re driving get there extra early, the recommended lot has limited overnight parking and all the area lots fill fast.
