Wish there was an easier room service option
There was an app to order room service, but it didn’t work for me. That would’ve been the only thing I would have to say that was bad. The staff was efficient friendly. The neighborhood is awesome and lots of options to go out for coffee breakfast and to get to the subway.

Rooms are bare bones. No coffee maker. No water. Have to request ice. Bath towels are scarce so you have to ask for more. They are very thin.

Staff was very nice and accommodating. Our room was very spacious. However the bathroom door and the shower door did not close fully, other than that we had no issues. Location is great, nearby grand central, restaurants and cafes.
