The room was clean, and checking in and out was very easy. Communication from the hotel was great prior to check in, and I loved the refillable water stations as well. My only critiques were that the room was quite small, and the A/C was very finnicky and difficult to use (switching temperature setting seemingly at random, and switching on and off even if I set it to run continuously.

The staff were really friendly, clean rooms. Excellent location to be able to walk to all attractions & lots of subway stations very close by. The free tea, coffee & water in the lobby was much appreciated as was the free guest laundry facilities. Would stay here again

Check in process is a mess. Arrived at 6PM and had to wait 30 minutes in line (only one person doing check ins), to be told that they didn't have any rooms ready. We were around 8 people waiting in the lobby area for rooms. One hour waiting! So almost 2 hours to check in and get a room. And no apologies or compensation.
