Place was extremely noisy with a party going on, somewhere in the building. Hip hop music played loudly until12:30 am. Asked customer service for help. She sounded dismissive and did absolutely nothing to quiet the party down. Last time we stayed there room was unmade for 2 days.

Nice hotel from a cleanliness standpoint. Rooms were good size and modern. Area just outside the hotel is a busy urban shopping center. Would not go there at night. At check in we requested a late checkout and was told there would be a $75 up charge, no thanks. When we got to our room the deadbolt wouldn’t lock. I went back to the front desk to request a repair, but the staff said they didn’t have a maintenance person on site. I then requested a different room and was told they probably didn’t have one. Do I really need to explain why I am not staying in a room that didn’t lock? After I pushed back, magically the room next door to our original room became available. Gym was well equipped and clean. Unknown to us a church must use the facility for Sunday morning services. Well, they started live music at 8am with the bass kicking. How can this be allowed? Overall, would not recommend or stay here again. Employees going through the motions with no real care for the guests.

The first day I told stuff the shower head was leaking, and next day they send people to checkout, they took a look that it did nothing, and I called front desk willl they send somebody else to fix the problem, they just said no, no reason.
