This was the most terrible experience I've had with an hotel. Paid over 250 dollars plus 75 dollars for what? To be told i couldn't check in until 4pm, i drove all night to get here for a banquet for a retirement of a local Pastor and had be late for the event, wich started at 2pm. The front desk staff on both shifts didn't care and showed it plainly. We just had our national baptist convention and i will announce at our next convention not to use comfort suites or any hotel that's connected to them. I also will not be using hotel.com in the future.

The room was very clean and the 24hr shuttle was very convenient. The property itself isnt in a great area, but it does have a controlled access fence all the way around it. The parking lot is also a park and ride, which provides the shuttle. The extended hours of the restaurant was also very convenient.

Me and my two daughters stood for one night and it was a smooth and easy process they even let us check in earlier. Staff was very nice and polite hotel was clean the room and bed was confortable and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent for needing to go to the airport early morning. Wish they had a “to go”breakfast, as other hotels do, for people leaving before 6:30 AM. Front desk doesn’t answer the phone & when we checked in, the evening desk clerk seemed paranoid. No one was at the desk when we checked out.

Hotel was just refreshed. Walls are a bit thin, but the rooms were nicely done. Shuttle at night was confusing. They run the parking shuttle too. We needed to call for a pickup, but did not know this until we contacted the hotel after waiting 2 cycles of shuttles at the shutlke stop. Morning was easy.

Overall, not a terrible stay, but not a good one either. I would not recommend staying here if you are doing the majority of your tourism in NYC. It’s about an hour away with traffic whether you Uber or take public transit. Breakfast was very disappointing each morning. Not much for a selection because there was hardly any food each morning. Housekeeping does not come everyday and we did have to call them to get fresh towels. Room was fairly clean. The drivers for the free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back were very nice. Also, the location of the hotel is not in the nicest neighborhood.
