This property was convenient, as we got stuck in Newark due to flight issues, the check in process is wasn’t bad although it was a lot of people. We were only there for about 5 hours so no complaints other than our shower didn’t drain fast enough. Otherwise the property was clean and neat and our shuttle bus driver was great!

I had a terrible experience at checkin. I arrived at 1:30pm and waited in line for almost one hour! There was only one staff at the front desk. Though only four groups ahead of me, it still a super long time for waiting. The staff was super slow at checkin for every single group.

Everything was great, front desk did everything to accommodate me earlier, even though it was lots of people waiting, there was this girl at the cafe that was so nice almost made me forget about my bad ordeal a night before, very attentive, sorry that I forgot her name, I was exhausted because I didn’t have a hotel the night before

The property was ok. It looked old. The entrance was hard to locate and customers staying at your hotel should not be charged a parking fee because they drove or rented a car (this is tasteless and ridiculous).
