I never got to the property because there was no shuttle from JFK as your site search indicated there was. Calling the property, and only a 20 minute wait, to find out going there would cost me more than the room!!!!!! I hate your site.

Very nice overall. Our room was wonderfully clean, large, and comfortable. Common facilities were attractive, but only one of the two elevators was in service for a six floor building, so going between ground level and our room was slow and often crowded. The included continental breakfast was tasty and very convenient. On the downside, we could have benefited from at least a cursory maid visit during the two night stay, as we ran out of kleenex and needed a refresh on washcloths.
