Very clean, quiet and everything was practically brand new. The location was easily accessible going out and coming back in. Parking was right out front, and the friendliness and the professionalism of the staff was excellent. Will stay here again.

I arrived at the property really early, and the ladies at the front were so accommodating. They facilitated an early check-in and provided great information on how to get to and from the hospital back to the hotel. They also shared all of the hotel rules and amenity options. I felt a sense of warmth from Phylis and the other lady (I don't remember her name). Phylis even remembered and checked in with me about the family member I visited at the hospital. She even cared enough to ensure I had snacks for my long journey. My room was fantastic, and a plus was that even though I was close to the elevator, I couldn't tell as the space was quiet. I will stay here again. Thank you Team!

I never got to stay at the hotel because they canceled my reservation an hour before I was to check in.. they blamed it on overbooking and because I booked through a third party. PEOPLE DONT BOOK FROM THIRD PARTIES. Management at the hotel were rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate
