I called to ask for a bottom floor. Front desk clerk yelled that he has enough rooms. Was trying to find proper accomodation and he just hung up. When I came to check in he basically was belligerent when I asked for a bottom floor. He screamed as to what was the reason I wanted a bottom floor. Explained that my dad was sin a wheel chair. He was reluctant to help, but did managed to put him on the first floor.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.it was hot for the time of the year and air conditioning worked great. Shower pressure was good. Had a mini fridge.

It was like being in a junkyard. Every request was ignored. Room clean called expedia which said we'd have to eat the cost. Dumpsters all over, pipes and conduit laying on the ground everywhere. Trash bags. No cleaning crew. Now towels. Our trash baskets overflowed. I took pictures and may present to local board of health. Saw rodents near dumpsters and pipes. Broken furniture laying on sidewalks. I have pictures on my cell phone. Maids never showed up. Television 3 analog channels. wall outlet no faceplate. Electrical hazard. The Junkyard from hell. We demand a 3/4 refund.

The bed was lumpy and felt like you were sleeping on a box spring. The door to room barely closed and did not have a deadbolt. Lucky this was just an over night stay. This property needs to fix up their rooms and bedding.
