This hotel is convenient to Newark airport and has a free shuttle. Reception staff were very friendly and check in was quick. I was really impressed with the buffet breakfast - lots of variety and plenty of places to sit. My room was clean and comfortable (you don’t hear the planes). I would stay here again.

Breakfast and evening staff. The morning staff (I think her name was Elaine)was super friendly and made me and my family feel welcomed. The staff in the evening was not friendly at all. I went down to buy drinks and ask about the shuttle and I felt like I was bothering them.

No one told me that there were 3 Hampton Inns, each with a different shuttle from the airport. So after standing in the cold for 20 minutes, I took the Hampton Inn shuttle--only to find out that it went to the wrong Inn. The clerk was not at all pleasant, nor could she offer a solution other than to take the shuttle back to the airport & get the other shuttle. I asked for a cab which cost $35. as I could not walk or stand any longer. I would at least like a refund for the cab fare. Please be clear to people that there are 3 inns with the same name. and send the refund to my credit card.
