I had low expectations for a last minute booking. I was pleasantly surprised to see a remodeled, more modern aesthetic. Quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and a quick Uber Eats delivery from the local diner made it a great choice. I’ll be back. Worth noting, shuttle drops you off to catch the terminal train not at a specific terminal. That’s Newark airport’s policy, not Hampton Inn. Plan ahead so you have time.

I tried to cancel my rooms due to my flight being cancelled and having a very sick baby along with having to drive across three states to catch another flight in order get home to Texas. The hotel manager refused to help me or make accommodation. They stated I still had to pay in full as it was a “late cancellation.” Worst customer service ever as the manager I spoke to was very rude despite me trying to explain the situation. He kept speaking over me as I tried to explain and said that there would be no exceptions. I had booked through Expedia and even they tried speaking to the manager but he refused to help even after several calls were made.
