This special place is located on the University of Delaware’s central campus within walking distance to Main Street’s fine dining and fun shopping. Come stay on Quality Hill and stay in the heart of historic Newark. Built in 1885, this historic Victorian home was once a B&O Railroad tenant house. In the early 1900’s the building was converted into 5 apartments and has been owned and operated by the same family for the past 75 years. Experience our recently renovated modern Victorian 2 bedroom apartment with large kitchen and bar area.

Charming and convenient
We stayed here to visit UD, which is just about 2 blocks away. The unit was comfortable and well decorated with a lot of historical charm: cute, functional, well appointed. There's a lot of restaurants that are very easy to walk to. The owner was responsive to questions.

Beautiful apartment with a very high end feel. The location is very convenient and everything has been thought out - easy parking, clear instructions in the home, all the comforts you need - coffee, tea, toiletries. The home is very comfortable and the hosts very welcoming. We absolutely hope to stay again!
