Property appears to be housing non sheltered people. The free continental breakfast doesn’t exist and apparently was discontinued during COVId four years ago and never restarted. False advertising.

DON’T GO HERE! Worst hotel ever. A man grabbed the elevator and jumped in and solicited me. I was Followed to my room by another man-I had to run into my room and lock the doors. I was booked for 2 nights and I didn’t even stay 1. I found another hotel and left immediately, terrified I might be harassed again. Disgusting smells, stains, broken chair/desk in room and most importantly I didn’t just feel unsafe, I was unsafe! My Uber driver who took me to the rescue hotel said he couldn’t believe I wasn’t attacked, that it happens all the time there. DO NOT STAY HERE FOR ANY RESSON!

Change your online photos..Nothing like those photos...Windows broken out..They chose only to use the floors with usable rooms...Other patrons that had prepaid for rooms and could not get a refund warned me that a number of people had walked out after seeing the place...I checked in and went to the room to check it out...Saw a roach/returned the key and left the area...Paid in full....No refund requested or offered...Never again!!!!!!

It was OK… a little out of the way, but it IS in East Orange. The HVAC was a little inadequate, and the hotel doesn’t have enough parking space for all of the guest rooms. But it was comfortable enough - not swank, but serviceable.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen! Roaches everywhere, trash can overflowing in hallway, sheets dirty, and has a terrible odor. I walked down to management to get some Lysol spray for the room. Drove to family dollar for some roach spray. Please do not stay here!!!!!!

I thought it would be a great place for reach New York in 30 minutes. This is why i had booked the place .While we entered the room it seemed to like smell of cannabis or something . The experience of this place for me terrible

Our experience at this property was quite disappointing. The rooms were dirty, with stains and cockroaches, and the bathroom was slippery. I wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone. We also heard of the bed bugs in this property but havent yet been infected. I would encourage everyone to do their due diligence before booking this place.

Very bad smell,cigarette smoke/mold,front area very unclean. Check in is behind windows. Elevator in dis repair. Garbage all up and down the hall way to our room. Appears there are people actually living in some rooms. Our door would not open. The manager had to come up three times to get us in. Uber picked us up and asked how we got to this hotel..it is a prostitution hot spot and drug deals all up and down the street. Dangerous neighborhoods.

DO NOT STAY HERE! It was a nightmare living in this hotel for a day. The hotel is run by people who want your money, but in return provide horrible customer service with dirty rooms. The hotel is located in a shady place and not a safe location at all. Pay some more and go to a better location. There are bed bugs everywhere and the mattress had urine stains on it. I highly doubt they ever clean the room. I would rate this hotel 0/10.

There were roaches coming out from everywhere and residents that were blasting music and domestic activities two days in a row a lady crying and screaming out in the hallway in the wee hrs of the morning
