Nothing to brag about, but as usual you get what you pay for at a $100 a night. Sketchy people roaming around. Front Desk charged me for a $100 deposit that took 3 days to get back to my CC which is odd because he it been a deposit hold it would’ve been returned back quicker. Besides that like I mentioned you get what you pay for.

This is not an actual hotel. It is an apartment complex for low income and families on Welfare. It felt like I spent 3 days in the projects. The building is run down. The rooms are dirty and outdated. There was a dead roach smashed on the wall, sticky floor, the room stank like mildew and cigarettes. Thye say its non-smoking, but people are smoking in those rooms. The parking lot os filled with children dirty and no shoes running around up and down the halls and stairs. Thye are screaming, yelling and riding bikes. Some were fighting. Garbage in parking lot from the people who live there. Dirty homeless looking people in the parking lot at all hours sitting at picnic benches. Thye are smoking weed, doing drugs, drinking beer, listening to music. Not safe at all. People asking for money and cigarettes at all hours. This "hotel" is off the highway, and it feels like its own dirty little city, isolated from everything else. The manager said he couldn't care as long as the people who lived there had money. If you like staying in a ghetto - you will LOVE it here! Worst experience of my life!

One Word - Avoid
Avoid this property. It's not really even serving as a normal motel - probably surviving on Section 8 payments. Tended to be noisy at times since there were many families with kids living here. Especially tough if one needs to work and sleep odd hours. Rather than a Red Roof Inn PLUS+, we would call this a Red Roof Inn MINUS-. Front desk generally pleasant, but obviously not able to drive maintenance. Speaking of front desk, coffee maker in lobby was inoperable for several days of our stay for one reason or another (no water, no Nescafe 'instant' coffee, whatever). First room, 103. Took 15 minutes or more to get water hot enough for a shower. Answer: None. Sink drain stuck, couldn't empty water. Answer: they removed the plug. Needed a new fluorescent bulb above the sink. Answer: Fiddle with the switch. Guess they were out of bulbs. Was called at job site at 3:15 in the afternoon and advised that my room window was broken out. Was told I would have to change rooms. See photo. Was moved to room 315. Wonky toilet flush. Rather than complain, just lived with having to flush multiple times. Other issues as well. At least the hot water seemed to appear far more quickly than in 103.

Worst stay ever never go here!!
I wanted a quick get away just to change my scenery. Then a fly in the room greeted me. It just kept bothering me the whole time. I left and asked them to clean the room and they did then I came back and it was 3 flies in my room the whole night just kept swatting and missing I was pissed. I went to the front desk and told the front desk attendant she pretty much said to me that it was my fault cause I left the door open. She said oh we could have cleaned it??? We could have switched your room. Mam I will never be back

The staff that worked in the office were very nice. I had to complain that we had no housekeeping twice. The third time I just said forget it. I waited 15 minutes for ice to come out of the machine and got nothing. On the property we actually saw two people on a mattress on the grass sleeping! It was unbelievable. I will never return. The icing on the cake is we saw a used condem on the floor under the sink in our room.we won’t talk about the 3 people that tried to open our door. I truly believe they just had the wrong room number but each time I opened the curtain and it was then they realized the had the wrong room. I have never in all my years of traveling had such a bad experience. .

We didnt even get to check in. We arrived at 7:00 to check into our room. Upon checkin we were told that our room was given away. The only explanation we were given by the extremely rude desk lady was because we didnt pay when we booked. We book hotels all the time and never had to prepay. Then to find out that they charged my card but then took it back, not once but twice? Will be calling the hotel directly tomorrow

The staff is absolutely amazing! The rooms, not so much. They’re clean and comfortable but the air conditioner was not at all consistent. The bed definitely needs replacing and the bathroom is super small. The hot water only works in the mid afternoon, otherwise it’s ice shower.

At check-in, I was greeted with: “Have you paid for the reservation? We’re full. All unpaid reservations have been cancelled. There are no rooms available.” I planned to pay on arrival, but the credit card was already billed. This is the 1st time I had to pay an additional deposit on the credit card of $100 for possible damages. I hope I get it back.
