Loved my stay here. The hosts put the same attitude to customer care as they did on the huge refurb project that is on photos as you go up the stairs. Very welcoming - met me at the door as I arrived, quick navigation and into the room quickly. Fab place, wonderful view and garden with lovely hosts, amazing breakfast. Highly recommended

We were most impressed with the welcome we received and subsequent friendly service. Shaan and Seth were charming and couldn't do enough. The cottage was lovely and ideally situated for exploring the area. We wish them every success at Tumbleweed. They deserve it

Fabulous little find!!
I stayed for one night, in preparation for a business meeting the following day. The owners were so welcoming and the room was fabulous! The owners really have gone over and above with the little luxury touches, which made the room so cosy and impressive. I will definitely stay here again.

The hosts could not have been more helpful if they had tried. Had a good nights sleep and breakfast had lots of options. Only two minutes from the A1 but you’d have thought you was in the middle of nowhere, very quiet.

A great stay
This is a lovely place in a peaceful spot, and the owners have taken great care and attention to present it beautifully, with lots of finishing touches. The owners are very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Rooms are well equipped and the basket of extra goodies is a very thoughtful touch. Breakfast includes the usual full English, but also fruit, cereal, yoghurts and croissants if you don’t fancy the usual. There are good pubs within a 10 minute drive and several places of interest, and we really liked the Gainsborough Old Hall and Belton House. The Holocaust museum is about 10 minutes away. All in all, a good choice.
