Wildlife, woods, and timbers describes the unique Dream Catcher Log Cabin. Located near the Little Muskegon River (3/4 mile walk/drive to the river through the private, wooded area), Dream Catcher Log Cabin provides a gorgeous backdrop for creating memories with your family. Nature lovers will enjoy exploring the private 60 acres of Huron-Manistee Forest by day, and relaxing by the nicely landscaped fire pit area at night. There is also a fun kid's playhouse, which was built to match the main log cabin. The Dream Catcher Log Cabin is not for those who dislike taxidermy, as there are a few statues of deer, turkey, and fox in the living room.
Topping out at 2200 sq. ft., this custom-built log cabin has 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms and sleeps 10-12 people (10 in beds, and 2 more on the full-sized sofa). Dream Catcher Log Cabin also comes with a basic kitchen, including a dishwasher, and some other comforts of home including Wi-Fi, 3 TVs, and Air Conditioning. Since it is a log cabin, the floors tend to creak when walking, especially around the bedrooms. This pet-free, air-conditioned environment is crisp and clean, and the high vaulted ceilings, large windows, gas fireplace (with a blower), and jetted tub in the master bedroom, offer a welcoming environment for our guests to enjoy.
Keep in mind that although it may appear the cabin is secluded, there are neighbors within 200 feet. Noise travels within the stillness of nature, so we ask our guests to adhere to the Good Neighbor Policy with a 10pm-9am quiet time for outside activities. Please watch for the Freshwater and Dream Catcher signs to alert you to the property lines for the 60 acres.
