Welcome to an updated 1895 home with some historic pieces still in tact. This, nearly 3000sqft, home is located walking distance to old town Newberg Oregon, the northern gateway to the Willamette Valley Wine Country.

The property has two fully independent living spaces (not connected internally). Both spaces are well stocked with all the kitchen essentials you may need and their is plenty of space for the whole family.

The upper unit's main level is on the second floor of this 3 story home and include 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, a well stocked large kitchen, dining and living areas.
The primary bedroom is on the main floor with its own bathroom and there is plenty of room upstairs with 3 additional bedrooms and an bathroom.

The lower floor is a converted garage turned walk out basement with 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. It also has a garage door off the kitchen/dinning area that can be opened for a little extra fresh air if desired.

Nice 2 story place. Roomy first floor & kitchen, with most everything you need. Separated space downstairs helpful if some folks need some isolation. Good amount of parking space

We housed our girls softball team here and it fulfilled our needs nicely. We had 2 male coaches so having the 2 separate units was perfect. Plenty of space for blow up mattresses, preparing and eating meals. Host was very responsive.

This home was perfect for a small gathering I had, the home is beautiful as it is, big enough for 10+ guests, the rooms are so cute! I love every detail and decor, this home is so much nicer than other homes I’ve been on the look for, great for its price!
