I am so fed up with hotels now charging for the priviledge of parking in their car park Why else would you be parking there when staying you can hardly walk or get a train or bus its on a motorway!!! £8 added to the bill for parking its a racket pure and simple. On top of this they wanted to charge me £18 for a buffet breakfast Really!!!! Get Real guys

The room was tired, the tiles in the bathroom were damaged from some previous fittings. The bathroom door was chipped and scratched, the toilet seat was crooked. The furniture in the foyer was worn and tired. Paintwork was chipped, the communal toilet in the foyer had dirty doors. Drinks in the restaurant and bar were overpriced.

Save your money!
Absolutely terrible, wish I had opted for the travel lodge down the road. 30 minutes waiting to check in. Finally our turn to be seen I said my surname to find the booking he handed me a car and said our room number. Nothing about parking didn’t say a single word! Not even sorry for the wait. Got to our room the room stank of damp and mold. Headboard leather was flaking on to the bed! Air con did not work ( error) was coming up on screen. And to top it all off whilst myself and a couple other people were waiting to check in you had the manager in hawain shorts and crocs speaking in his own language to the person that was checking people and laughing.

Lovely cookie arrival a lovely surprise, used the pool which was a good size, evening meal and breakfast were ok, nice comfy bed and nice size room
