Very clean and comfortable. The cleaning product used was a bit intense and left a strong smell that required the room to be aired out. Bathroom fan was also very noisy and hopefully didn’t wake the neighbours!

This is a great place to stay conveniently located near restaurants and Newcastle City. The balcony rooms on the car park side are much preferred as the rooms on the western side are very small, though clean and comfortable. There is no crockery or cutlery in the rooms, but it can be requested from reception. No lift so if you get a first floor room you have the stairs to contend with with your luggage.

Lovely staff, clean, and great heated pool! A little traffic noise at night but it was a weekend so to be expected. Some nice dining options at the nearby pub, Thai restaurant and coffee van. Good value for money.

It’s difficult to make a real comment when you only stay for one night. We didn’t use any other facilities other than the room, the only staff we saw were at check in and out. We would stay there again if we were down that way.
