The phones in the room were not working. Not even a cord that plugged in. I had to use my own phone to call the front desk, qhich routed me to an overseas operator who then gave me the direct line. Just a minor inconvenience, though.

Wonderful hotel, and great staff! Could have used a hotter hot tub and some swimming towels, but overall it wasn’t a bad stay!

TV never operable during our stay. Staff came to the room twice to try to fix, but never got it working properly. Breakfast lady was courteous and helpful but breakfast was below par. AM desk clerk helpful and friendly; check in clerk evening before was rather curt. Clerk in training with her was very nice. Both came to room and tried to help with TV operation but I think problem was with the cable service or satellite connection. I’m not sure. Restaurant attached was good and our waiter/bartender was great.
