It was convenient to the family I was visiting and on our way home to Qld. We also booked this motel because Wi-Fi was offered, but it was so slow we had to use our mobile phone data to keep in touch with family and send photos of our trip :-(

I did not like the white king smell in the room. I left the door open, I sprayed the room with vanilla room spray. I removed a cleaning cloth from the bottom of the shower and left it outside. We went out for dinner and came back to the smell just as strong. I would have asked for a different room but there were no vacancies

Great very easy access, quiet location (so you can get a good nights sleep) on what was the old pacific highway (it's about 1k from the freeway). A 20 minute walk to Raymond Terrace CBD for shopping, clubs/pubs. Nice friendly staff, but some of the room furnishings are a bit dated (from the hotel web site the rooms are being updated/renovated 😉). Other than this, it's a good place to stay, I didn't check out the pool.
